Portfolio credibility hardening — from maintenance to signal
I completed a short, intentional hardening pass to make the public portfolio cleaner, more trustworthy, and easier to evaluate for hiring and client work. The intent is explicit: reduce ambiguity, keep the narrative proof-focused, and keep the strongest project narrative — COO — front and center.
This was not a general cleanup for its own sake. It was a positioning move for a specific business goal: making it easier for a hiring team or buyer to trust the signal quality of the portfolio in under 30 seconds.
What changed
- WireandLogic (#58) — fixed scheduled generation runtime env loading so the repo’s published hourly workflow is more reliable in deployment.
- HostGraph (#7) — rewrote conflicting public/private language in the README and added CI so the portfolio-facing claims and implementation path now align.
- SelfLLM (#32) — stabilized CI and deployment confidence on its public branch after hardening updates.
- VibeCoderz (#70) — validated CI and deployment behavior after CI and security updates.
- Repository surface control — moved low-signal repos off public focus and documented the current public subset in the credibility ledger.
Why this was done
In hiring conversations and client outreach, people are not looking for noisy activity. They are looking for evidence that engineering decisions are intentional: tested, bounded, recoverable, and operationally owned. The previous portfolio shape mixed mature systems with incomplete or noisy signals. This pass tightened that line.
The page update intentionally reframes COO as the main project and positions the other repos as supporting systems, references, or active experiments. That lets a reviewer quickly separate what is core from what is optional.
What it means now
It now reads like an operating portfolio: evidence-first, bounded claims, explicit status levels, and clearer role priority. That is deliberate for the near-term target of full-time opportunities and paid product services.
