How do engagements start?
Email a two-paragraph description of your system and constraint. You get a reply within two business days with either a fixed quote or the exact questions needed to produce one — no discovery-call gauntlet.
Are the prices fixed?
The audit is a flat fee. Sprints are quoted fixed after scoping, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Retainers are month-to-month with no lock-in.
What does licensing an asset include?
A source license to run and modify the asset internally, its full deployment documentation, and email support for the first 30 days. Resale and redistribution stay reserved.
How does an acquisition work?
Serious inquiries get a data room: architecture docs, commit history, test suites, and benchmark methodology. Diligence, terms, then full IP assignment and a transition window where I hand the system over properly.
Do you work with agencies or subcontract?
